Opt-in: you provide your number to the operator in person, and
then reply YES to the first message. Both steps are required.
Frequency: recurring — typically one message per day, plus
replies to messages you send. Occasionally none.
Cost: free. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
To stop: reply STOP at any time and you will receive
nothing further. Reply PAUSE to mute it temporarily without opting out.
